Alaina Sautebin Year: Senior Majors: Psychology with a certificate in Athletic Healthcare Favorite Race: 200 IM and 100 Back Bio: Hi! My name is Alaina, and I am a senior this year from Waunakee, WI. I am so excited to be a part of the board this year as Co-President. I have been on SCUW since my freshman year, and I can't imagine my college experience without it. I love everything about this club, including traveling to meets, participating in volunteer events, attending social events, and above all, the people! Aside from Swim Club, I enjoy spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends and family, traveling, attending Badger games, and so much more! I'm so excited for this upcoming season, and I can't wait to meet everyone! |

Liam Updegrove Year: Senior Major: Mechanical Engineering Favorite Race: 25 Backwards Freestyle Bio: Hey! I'm Liam and I'm going to be a Senior this year, as well as being on SCUW for my fourth year. I grew up swimming, diving, and playing soccer, but swimming was always one of my favorite ways to socialize and meet new people! I joined SCUW right away my freshman year and I'm super excited to be a Co-President this year! Outside of swimming, I also enjoy spending time with my friends, doing pottery, lifting weights, taking photos, and more. I love meeting new people so if you spot me around campus always say hi! I'm so excited for this season and I can't wait to see you all! |

Addie Thalhuber Year: Senior Majors: Biology with certificates in Health Policy and Global Health Favorite Race: 100 IM Bio: Hey everyone! I’m Addie, and I’m so excited to be this year’s VP! I am a current senior from Orono, MN and this is my fourth year on the team. I originally joined SCUW to feel connected on campus and ended up finding some of my very best friends. I’m so grateful for the amazing people I’ve met and all the memories we’ve made together. My favorite SCUW moments include socials, travel meets, and all the little moments in between. Peter Smith Year: Junior Majors: Computer Science Favorite Race: 100 IM Bio: Hi everyone! I'm Peter, and I'm so excited to be this year's Competition Chair! I am currently a junior from Western Springs, IL, and have been swimming for as long as I can remember. Being on SCUW has reignited my love for swim because of the amazing people we have on the team! Outside of swim, I stay busy with Navy ROTC, enjoy watching sports, and love playing cards with the fellas. I can't wait for another year of being on the best team and meeting new people! |

Eloise Guth Year: Sophomore Majors: Psychology Favorite Race: 200 Free Bio: Hi guys! I'm Eloise Guth and I'm from Chicago, IL. I joined SCUW during my freshman year and I've loved every single minute of it! I've met some of my closest friends through this club and am so grateful for how it's allowed me to continue swimming in a super fun, casual environment. Outside of SCUW, I am a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and a graphics artist for the Daily Cardinal newspaper. I also love listening to rock music, discovering new cafes, watching movies, and hanging out with my friends! So excited for what this season will bring! |

Mason Konopacki Year: Senior Major: Civil Engineering Favorite Race: Silverstone Grand Prix Bio: HELLO EVERYBODY!! I'm Mason and I'm a senior this year. This'll be my 17th year of competitive swimming (💀) and I couldn't be more excited to step into the role of marketing chair on SCUW! I think club sports are the best thing you can do in college, so if you're new, see this as your sign to jump aboard! I also enjoy soccer, track, F1, and do like seven intramural sports, not to mention my interests outside of sports. Henry Bohachek Year: Junior Major: Marketing and Supply Chain Management Favorite Race: 100 IM Bio: Hello SCUW! My name is Henry Bohachek, and I am a junior from Cross Plains, Wisconsin. I have been on SCUW since the beginning of my freshman year, and I have been swimming since I was 6. I love being a part of SCUW because it gives me the opportunity to stay swimming in a fun and welcoming environment! My hope is that SCUW can continue to be a very accepting sport club and a great place to create lasting friendships! Outside of the pool, you can find me traveling with my friends, watching sports, and spending time outdoors. Meredith Giese Year: Junior Major: Pharmacy School - First Year Favorite Race: 50 Free Bio: Hi! My name is Meredith, and I am honored to be the Practice Coordinator this year. Being a part of SCUW since the fall of my freshman year has definitely been the best part of my college experience. Not only do I love swimming with friends at practice, but I love playing volleyball, running, traveling, and volunteering with the team. Outside of the pool, some of my favorite activities include watching the sunset, reading, and listening to country music. I can't wait for all the new faces and to keep making memories this season! |

Travel Coordinator
Priya Oshan Year: Senior Majors: Neurobiology & Psychology Favorite Race: 50 Free and 50 Fly Bio: Hey SCUW! My name is Priya, and I am a senior this season! I will be serving as your travel coordinator to organize the cars, buses, hotels, and more for all the meets or trips we leave Madison for. I hope to help make our travel experiences fun, organized, and memorable for everyone. Outside of SCUW, I'm involved in campus activities and enjoy staying active, spending time with friends, and taking advantage of everything Madison has to offer! I love a Saturday farmer's market trip or a sunset at the terrace! One of my favorite parts of SCUW has been getting to meet new people while traveling and competing together, and I'm looking forward to helping create those same experiences for our members this year! I can't wait to be back at the pool with my second family! I have a feeling this will be the best season yet! |
